Bob Regis, CPA
It’s where you’ll find Bob’s desk when you enter The Regis Group. It’s also the way Bob interacts with every client. He’s honest, curious and caring. His sincerity and deep convictions run counter to most accountant stereotypes. Yes, The Regis Group is a business, but it honestly feels more like you’re getting your taxes done by a friend.
A friend, fortunately, with a very impressive pedigree. Bob has a Bachelors Degree with Honors from CMU and and earned an MBA with Distinction as a prestigious FC Austin Scholar at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, the number one MBA school in the country. His corporate background includes work with Federated Investors, Merrill Lynch, Proctor & Gamble and IBM. From 1993-2018 he won numerous corporate awards as a Financial Advisor for Bryn Mawr Securities, Next Financial and Bill Few Securities, always guided by the best interest of the client.
That’s because Bob is driven more by mission than commission. He’s up front about his life’s journey and honestly strives to give back to his community. His passion for music has allowed him to call some of Pittsburgh’s best musicians both friend and client. In return, he’s called on their talents to raise awareness and money for an impressive array of important nonprofit causes including: Bring Change 2 Mind (Glenn Close’s mental health initiative), Mental Health of Allegheny County, the National Alliance On Mental Illness of SW PA and the Center for Victims (domestic violence).
Bob’s calm approach can help make the best of even the most taxing situation. With Bob, there’s no games, no gimmicks, no hidden agenda.
You’ll always find him to be up front.
